Snack Boxes and Subscription Plans

We offer both Subscriptions Plans (Weekly, Fortnightly and Monthly) and a range of individual (one-off) snack boxes created to suit individual tastes and preferences. Please browse our Shop for more information on availability.

All of our Mini (5 Snacks) & Standard (7) boxes are letterbox size for convenience. Our Large (10) and Mega (15) boxes are of course larger and therefore cannot be posted through a letterbox. Contents of the boxes will vary from week to week as we are always on the lookout for new and innovative snacks and flavours. Snacks include everything from bars, popcorn, crisps, chocolate, biltong, nuts, and lots more.

Our boxes are full of surprises, and that is what our customers really love about The Dandy Snack Club. Products change on a weekly basis so there is no guarantee that ordering the same box on consecutive weeks will contain any/all of the same contents.

We do re-stock some of our most popular products from time to time however, and so not every single box will be unique.

You are able to purchase individual (one-off) snack boxes on our Shop page. This is a great way to try out The Dandy Snack Club before committing to a subscription.

We work with a large number of different artisan suppliers and so cannot guarantee that all are completely free of traces of nuts etc. However, many of our products are vegan and gluten free, so if you do have any dietary requirements, please include details in the notes on the checkout page and we will do our best to accommodate.

Delivery

We offer free delivery on all boxes. We don’t believe in offering something and then adding a surcharge on to get it to you. So the price you see is the price you’ll pay; inclusive of delivery.

All of our Standard boxes have been designed to be letterbox friendly so you don’t ned to be home to accept delivery. Our Larger and Mega boxes are naturally larger and as such cannot fit through your letter box and need to be hand delivered.

Our snack boxes are usually posted out to arrive just in time to be enjoyed at the weekend. As such, we don’t currently offer specific delivery slots.

We entrust Royal Mail to deliver all of our snack boxes.

Payment and Orders

We take payment for individual boxes at checkout – once payment has been confirmed we’ll package up and post out to you.

For Subscription Plans we take payment for the first box at the time of checkout and then subsequently each Monday (Weekly Subscription) and the 1st of each Month (Monthly Subscription).

Subscription Plans auto renew for your convenience, so if you no longer want to continue your plan, please cancel or contact us to do so on your behalf.

You can cancel or downgrade your subscription plan at any time within your account. If you are unable to access this for whatever reason, please contact us and we will cancel/downgrade on your behalf.

You can cancel your order right up until the point that is has been dispatched. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us.

As all our items are food products, we don’t accept returns. However, if your box is damaged or you are not satisfied with your snack box, please contact us and we will do what we can to rectify.
